Your Hosts - Darran & Jenny Benham

We are a husband and wife team with over 20 years combined experience in the hospitality industry.

Chef proprietor, Darran was trained at the highly regarded Royal Air Force catering college before embarking on an illustious military career during which he cooked for Royalty, Heads of State and foreign dignitaries. His talent and attention to detail were recognised by the award of the prestigious RAF Chef of the Year title in 1998. From fine dining halls to dusty field kitchens Darran knows how to satisfy the most discerning of palettes and cater for every taste.

Events manager, Jenny has 10 years experience in the highly competitive airline service industry. Jenny has been the service manager on long-haul aircraft motivating and leading a team of 12 staff to provide award-winning service to business and first class guests travelling to the middle east, Asia and the US.
